We stand behind the quality of every sticker we produce. If you're not satisfied with your order, we'll make it right.

Quality Guarantee

If your stickers arrive with a print defect, color issue, or cutting error, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll reprint the order at no charge or issue a full refund.

How to Request a Return

1. Email hello@bendprintco.com with your order number and photos of the issue
2. We'll review within 1 business day
3. If approved, choose reprint or refund
4. Reprints ship priority at no cost. Refunds processed within 3-5 business days.

What's Not Covered

Since all products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect file uploads, or approved proofs. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
