What materials do you use?
We exclusively use Substance brand premium vinyls — including their ICON and Ultracurve series. These are industry-leading, weatherproof, UV-resistant materials built to last 3-5 years outdoors.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 15 stickers. No huge commitments — order what you need.
How long does production take?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Rush options are available at checkout for faster turnaround.
Do you offer free proofs?
Yes! Every order includes a free digital proof sent within 24 hours. You approve it before we print.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Absolutely. All our stickers are printed on weatherproof vinyl with a protective laminate. They're waterproof, UV-resistant, scratch-resistant, and even dishwasher safe (top rack).
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF files up to 100MB. For die-cut stickers, we recommend vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) for the cleanest cut lines.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We have wholesale tiers from 15% to 45% off retail pricing. Apply through our wholesale portal for approval.
What's your return policy?
We stand behind our work. If there's a quality issue with your order, we'll reprint or refund — no questions asked. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Can I get custom die-cut shapes?
Yes! Custom die-cut is included at no extra charge. Upload your design and we'll cut around it precisely.
What's the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut?
Die-cut stickers are individually cut to the exact shape of your design. Kiss-cut stickers are cut to shape but left on a backing sheet for easy peeling — great for giveaways.
